    First time watching the Royal Ascot as a foreigner, it feels like watching the English Premier league with people in morning suits and top hats. I’m surprised that Royal Ascot isn’t that posh but simply a dressier horse racing tournament.

    It is disappointing that Stradivarius couldn't do it again but the best horse on the day won. Some may think Stradivarius was unlucky and/or badly ridden. I would disagree. The winner was drawing away from the entire field in the final furlong or so.

    Sadly he just didn’t get his chance at Ascot.
    Would have been nice if he was beaten that he’d at least got beaten on his merits

    What a horrible ride on Stradivarius
    He may not have won but he should have got within a length at least with a better ride.
