What if he had gone into the betting shop knowing the exact bet he wanted, and mentioned nothing about the Sun newspaper advertisement? Coral spent 20 mins confirming that bet, so have taken it on as it stands,, therefore a totally different bet from the supposed one advertised, so they would have had to have paid him. Taking the paper in and asking for that bet was a genuine mistake and the poor man was openly as honest as can be and he got stuffed over for it.
I have never placed a bet in my life and after binge watching some of your videos I never will!…It is staggering to me that they can get away with this type of thing. If you agree a bet, as was done here, they should be legally compelled to pay out. Whatever is put on the betting slip should be a legally binding. It is just wrong.

It’s not just coral I had my winnings sent back but guess what it went missing. To my bank said it never came spoke to paddy they said use this code bank number bank said paddy are wrong I gave up after 3weeks back forwards bank said this paddy said that
The winning £50 I gave up it’s not worth my time the headache for £50
So now I use company s that play fair and I get paid
£50 pounds my bet was a £40 total bet so I lost £50 but stale was £40

Can't claim legal fees back in small claims like this, so that isn't an issue.

And how do they decide a price after the event 2/1..also the next day it should of been announced it was wrong in the sun . For Burnley to get relegated alone would have been at least 6/4 so to say all 3 to go down and the others top 4 at 2/1 is a joke. And I’m sorry to get city Liverpool Chelsea arsenal in that order as well as bottom 3 in correct order would have been more than 40/1. Absolute piss takers

About right for the bookies, tight as fuck when it comes to paying out. I won a couple of hundred pound from the fruit machine a few months ago but before I’d won a few quid in the fruit machine I did about 500 quid I was cussing and swearing and all that but managed to turn it around to win 200 quid went up to the counter to collect the money the guy said aren’t you self excluded?
Never said one word to me when I kept going up to the counter to put money on the machine!!
As soon as I had my money in my hand I called him a cunt and proper went for him, got banned so happy all round! Moral of the story it’s at street level the cunts!
