Why 2 Weeks?
Why just 2 weeks? Because, in the long run, very few people will stick to a diet much longer if they aren’t seeing results.

The 3 Week Diet

Hi there, in this video Annalise talks about the diet that she has been doing that has allowed her to rapidly lose a lot of weight very fast.

She was very intrigued, but also a little bit skeptical. So she did some research and read a lot of reviews online about the program. Unlike other diets out there, like 99.9% of them were positive. People were getting seriously good results with this diet and she read about some people losing up to like 20 pounds (lbs), in just two weeks.

She decided to go ahead and sign up. After all she had nothing to lose, except her unwanted fat. After joining she immediately got an email from the creator of the program, Brian Flatt, who filled her in on what needed to be done to start the diet. He provided her with the 4 handbooks and asked a couple of questions about her health and her goals.

She got her specially crafted diet plan, which contained what foods she could / couldn’t eat, the quantities she should eat, and her meal times (+ drinking water to lose weight). The books contain high quality information about weight loss.

She had no idea that Cellular Inflammation was one of the major causes of weight gain for most people and that was partly why she had put on weight. After one week of following the program, much to her surprise, she had gone down 7 pounds. That was a weight reduction of 1 pound per day and she couldn’t believe it.
