1. Use an “eggs diet”

Eggs are a superfood. Don’t let that bad press from years ago scare you away from eggs. Those people who scared you are quiet about the latest research on eggs. Here’s the deal… eat eggs as much as you can. Up to 9 eggs a day… 3 eggs at a time, 3 times a day.

I’ve found through working with hundreds and hundreds of my clients that the easiest way for them to lose weight on a diet is to minmize their choices and the amount of foods they eat.

So I want you to base your diet around eggs. You can eat eggs with some black beans (great fiber), eggs with broccoli, eggs with some meat, whatever. Eggs it is. Don’t worry about your cholesterol. The research shows the cholesterol in eggs has absolutely NO effect on the body’s cholesterol. What affects your cholesterol is hydrogenated (man-made) fats.

Eggs are natural… nothing too worry about!

2. Focus snacks around fruits and yogurts

Fruits such as apples, bananas, cantaloupe, etc… good! Low calorie yogurts… GOOD. Switch them up so you don’t get bored of the stuff. Sure fruits have sugars in them, but they’re natural sugars and they usually come along with the fiber in the fruits (as long as you’re eating them and not drinking them).

3. Use cold water thermogenesis

Cold water creates thermogenesis (fat burning). I’m not going to bore you and say to drink 8 glasses of cold water (it does help), but instead I want you to use your shower… WITHOUT having to take a complete cold shower.

The 3 Week Diet

I know taking a cold shower is out of the question for most people. I don’t blame ya. I remember back to college when we had to suffer with cold showers in our dorms for a week. Brrr! Torture.

So take your normal shower. But once you’re done, this then use cold water. You only need to use it for 15 seconds. Yep… it is torture, but COME ON, it’s only 15 seconds and it’s going to help you lose stomach inches fast.

Just do it and let thermogenesis do the rest. Do it everyday!

4. To flatten your belly fat and lose inches, do the vacuum pose

This is the KING of all waist reducing exercises. Suck in your belly, hold it, rest, repeat. That’s all there is to it. Some details… you suck in the belly button and lower abs… focus on that. Another detail… hold the “pose” for as long as possible (at least 15 seconds).

5. Hula hooping

I give a lot of credit to this exercise for bring in the waists while toning the hips of my online clients. I get a lot of feedback on this exercise. However you want to do it, just do it for 10 minutes total each day. One other thing, be sure to use a WEIGHTED HULA HOOP because they’re a lot easier to keep whirling around your waist.

6. Spinning

Spinning around like a child helps with weight loss which in turn helps you lose stomach fat. It does this in a round-about way of manipulating your hormones (balancing them) through stimulation of your Endocrine System.
