I tried to lose weight earlier for a number of times with short and quick ways but I did not succeed. Then I chose the right and healthy path, which takes time but helps in regular weight loss, which is “the right weight loss diet, exercises and changes in lifestyle”.

Remember, you didn’t gain weight in a month; it took a lot of time. Thus, our body will take time to reduce that in a healthy way. I hope that you don’t want to become sick to lose all the extra kilos using shortcuts. So, choose the right and healthy path.
