**SPICY CORN CHOWDER RECIPE**
For the broth, Add 1 vegan bouillion cube to 4 cups of water and boil in a pot.
In a separate pan or pot, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped yellow onion, approx. 10 chopped mushrooms, 1large chopped sweet potato, 2 chopped carrots, 1 tablespoon of thyme and add in the broth. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Then, add in 2 cups of frozen carrots and a cup of nutritional yeast and a teaspoon of chili flakes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Transfer half of the soup to a blender and pulse blend then mix together with the rest of the soup and serve. Video Rating: / 5
