You can find more information about the Primal Diet online, but basically it is a diet that includes meats from grass-fed animals, wild fish, pesticide-free vegetables, some pesticide-free fruit, nuts and seeds. Oh, and coconut oil for cooking these wonderful foods in!
By the way, I recommend that you purchase as many of these foods as possible from your local farm, since the food quality tends to be much higher there.
