This video covers everything I eat during a regular day. I follow IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros), which is eating foods to fit into your overall macronutrient breakdown.
I also provide some tips & advice on how to plan your own diet. Depending on your goals of gaining or losing weight, you can use the below equation to calculate your BMR. From your BMR, you would multiply it with your activity level from the equation.
Use that number and track your progress for a week, depending on your results, you can adjust your intake.
