Today was my day off and we went out to eat. One of my favorite places to eat out when I am in Keto is at Panda Express. That may sound odd, but I get a filling meal and can keep it in my macros because I know choices to make there. I list a few other fast food places to eat when you are in keto as well. I also put my weight in at the end of the video so you can see the daily progress for this 90 days. Last year I went through a major transformation, dropping over 130 pounds from my high weight of 395 pounds. I have been slipping for a couple months and have back tracked a bit, but I am using 2017 and a weight loss challenge at work to get back in the game and get to an even lower weight!
