In this video I will tell you all about fasted cardio for fat loss abd bodybuilding to burn more belly fat. Many bodybuilders think that fasted cardio is needed to lose more fat. In some cases they’re right however in some cases not really.

First of all, you need to understand fat mobilisation, transportation, fat oxidation.

In lean people 12-15% bf they need to do fasted cardio in order to get faster fat loss becuase of the trouble of getting fat out of the fat cells. This happens becuase many adaptations take place when you get to low levels of body fat. Blood flow is also impaired in the stubborn areas making it harder and more difficult to lose fat fast and burn more belly fat.

For the average individual 15%+ bf to 35% any cardio will do no matter what time of the day. This is becuase they don’t really have any problems with the fat oxidation and mobilisation as well as transportation.

To conclude fasted cardio for fat loss is effective in bodybuilding and may help you lose that extra bit of fat. This however only really applies to the leaner individuals rather than to the obese.
