Here’s a version of a workout we like to call Call of the Wild. This particular session mixes in Kb movements with animal crawling patterns in between. It’s burns a ton of calories during and afterwards and is a lot fun.

Kb Snatch X10 ea/side
Crab Walk for distance
Kb Clean and Press X10 ea/side
Beast Walk for distance
Hogline Pull for 30 total reps
Walking Lunges
Medball Slams X15
