Thanks AJ for this vid you've actually touched on some good points. will definitely be taking notes/pics of my food to track what I've eaten. have recently started doing weights to get rid of the bingo wings in the gym I was one of them women who think everyone's looking at them but I don't take notice anymore.Advice to anyone who shys off from weight training dont take notice of what everyone else's doing just think of why youre doing it. ME:I wanna get rid of my bingo wings.
